In continuation of the N500M Youth Revolving Fund Scheme (YRFS), the Batch A participants (21 out of a total of 59) that passed the proposal level were moved to the 2nd phase of the screening process which is Business Plan Pitch/Presentation. The Business Plan Pitch/Presentation exercise took place yesterday, Wednesday, 25th January 2023, at the Conference Hall of the Ministry for Local Government, Community Development and Chieftaincy Affairs. The panel of judges had Assoc. Prof. Mohammed Abdullahi, Director, Entrepreneurial Centre, Nasarawa State University Keffi (NSUK) as the lead consultant; Mr. Abdullahi Abubakar Alhaji, Nasarawa State Branch Manager, Bank of Industry and Habiba Balarabe Suleiman, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor and Focal Person (SSA & FP), Human Capital Development. The panel was joined by the Honourable Commissioners of Youth and Sports Development; Trade, Industry and Investment; and Information, Culture and Tourism. The SSA & FP welcomed everyone to the Business Plan Pitch/Presentation and also congratulated the successful candidates for passing through the first phase of the exercise. Assoc. Prof. Mohammed Abdullahi, expressed his appreciation to the Human Capital Development Council for inviting him to participate in the Youth Revolving Fund Scheme.
